Melissa started her professional career as Account Executive at Ogilvy & Mathers Advertising, Continuing the journey and changing the industry to Oil and Gas services company starting with from entry level to Managing Director position, and now become Chief Executive Officer of Hempart Indonesia. In 2021, Melissa also managing Anami Sukses Makmur as President Director. As a woman entrepreneur, she also actively joining several association, Indonesian Young Entrepreneur Organization (HIPMI Jaya) and Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (Kadin Indonesia)
